The Chilling Effects Clearinghouse provides and collects information regarding the internet and legal issues such fan fiction, copyright, domain names and trademarks, anonymous speech, and defamation. It’s a joint project between the Electronic Frontier Foundation and several American universities, which “offers background material and explanations of the law”.
