Dr. Christina Romer, mother of Paul Romer ‘08, has been named to the new Obama cabinet as head of the Council of Economic Advisers. She also wrote the Encyclopaedia Britannica entry on the Great Depression.

Debate coach Lexy Green (class of 1981) wrote an article on extemporaneous speech for the National Forensics League back in 1996, and we just stumbled across it today.
