Evan B. notes that the Panthéon clock has been repaired, which doesn’t sound that interesting until you find that (a) it’s been broken since the 1960’s, and (b) the crew that repaired it worked undetected for a year. Undetected by anyone — including the tour staff, the Centre des Monuments Nationaux, security, or Robert Langdon. Here’s their website. If anyone can find me a picture of the clock, please send it along; I tried Google images, WikiMedia Commons, and lots of other sources.
